Artist: Frederick & Field, fabricator
Dedicated: 1888 or 1889
Dimensions: Memorial: 6 ft. 4 in. x 6 ft. 10 in. x 45 in.; Base: 2 ft. 10 in. x 9 ft. 6 in. x 6 ft. 6 in.
Description: Monument consists of a rectangular quincy granite block with ridged cap and carved mini ball cornice, decorated with bronze New York State Seal on the front; and Maltese Cross on the back.
